FanCoolo 1.6.1: lighter public pages

FanCoolo 1.6.1 is a small fix release: it keeps a developer-only script off your public pages.

Lighter public pages

FanCoolo's hot reload script refreshes your open editor and front-end tabs when you save a block. Until now it also loaded for every visitor on the live site, where it does nothing. From 1.6.1 it loads only for logged-in users who can edit content, so visitors download one script fewer. Live reload while you edit works as before.
